I have been cooking since early childhood preparing all of my mother's recipes for my siblings while she worked 2 jobs. ServSafe certified instructor and proctor, cannabis chef with plant-based training as a vegetarian & vegan chef. I have formal training in French, Italian, Jamaican, Indian, and  Asian cuisine. My specialties are Soul food & Pit Master quality barbeque. I create custom rubs and barbeque sauce from scratch. Last but not least I also enjoy creating cannabis-infused and non-infused meals, tinctures, edibles, and butter/oils for medical patients and cannabis connoisseurs.
