I have been cooking since childhood preparing all my mother's favorite recipes to cook for my siblings while she worked 2 jobs. ServSafe certified instructor and proctor with a plant-based training as  a vegetarian and vegan chef. I have formal training in French, Italian, Jamaican, Indian, and  Asian cuisine. My specialties are Soul food & Pit Master quality barbeque. I create custom rubs and barbeque sauce from scratch.
